Shippit's Transit Protection lets you add cover for your goods against loss or damage for up to the retail value of S$9,000 (subject to our Terms and Conditions). Transit Protection is simple, there’s no fee to file a claim, just a super-fast claims process, so you can focus on doing what you love. Getting started is as easy as turning it on in your Settings from your Shippit account.

Simple “always-on” opt-in protection

Whether you ship with Aramex or DHL, Transit Protection will protect all deliveries booked on Shippit under the same coverage plan once you opt-in. Transit Protection can be added across all your deliveries or only on carriers you specify. It’s transparent, easy to understand protection that’s consistent across all carriers, domestic and international.


Low-cost, accessible protection

From just S$1 per delivery (ex GST),  Shippit’s Transit Protection is charged as a percentage of an order’s retail value, using a simple flat rate.  With no fees to file a claim, Transit Protection makes it accessible for businesses of all shapes and sizes to protect their deliveries.
